Who handles your data
The data controller is Milk On Mars Studio. For any question about this notice, or to exercise your rights, write to hello@milkonmars.studio.
This site does not track you
milkonmars.studio uses no cookies, installs no analytics or profiling tools, carries no advertising and has no forms to fill in. We do not measure your visit and we do not build profiles. That is why there is no banner to accept: there is nothing to accept.
If you write to us
The only data we receive is what you send us by email: your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, attachments included.
We use it to reply to you and to assess the project you tell us about. We do not pass it on, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to send you anything you did not ask for. We keep it for as long as the correspondence and our legal obligations require.
The legal basis is responding to your own request and our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (art. 6, EU Regulation 2016/679).
The suppliers we rely on
Three outside services keep the site and the mailbox running. We list them because some of your technical data passes through them.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. For security and for the network to work, it logs technical connection data, including your IP address.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces: your browser downloads them from Google's servers and, in doing so, gives Google its IP address.
- Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to hello@milkonmars.studio to the mailbox we read.
- Google (Gmail) hosts that mailbox: the messages you send us are stored on its servers.
These are US companies: your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards European law provides for international transfers.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive a copy of it or object to the processing. Just write to hello@milkonmars.studio: we answer you ourselves, with nobody in between.
If you believe something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The site is not aimed at children under fourteen and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page along with the date shown at the top.
